RCF provides updates about goings on in the True North Strong and “Free” and how things are with me. I like to keep my friends appraised and maintain my connections with loved ones in my former home. This Canadian-American lived half a life time on the south side of the border and I prioritize keeping my human connections.
Much of the Canadian news is not reported by the main stream media in the U.S. especially things happening outside of their national bubble. The amount and the pace makes it difficult to keep social media posts short. RCF is my way of managing my personal online presence.

Also known as London, Ontario. is located on the traditional lands of the Anishinaabek, Haudenosaunee, Lūnaapéewak, and Chonnonton Nations, on lands connected with the London Township and Sombra Treaties of 1796 and the Dish with One Spoon Covenant Wampum.
I respect the longstanding relationships that Indigenous Nations have to this land, as they are the original caretakers. I acknowledge historical and ongoing injustices that Indigenous Peoples (First Nations, Métis and Inuit) endure in Canada, and we accept responsibility toward revealing and correcting miseducation as well as renewing respectful relationships with Indigenous communities.
